Led by Engineering Expertise

Founded and led by Navid Alavi, a process control engineer with extensive experience in DCS, PLC, and advanced process control environments, InduSphere Controls combines technical rigor with operational insight.

Navid has led process control teams across multiple operations, developing solutions implemented on Emerson, ABB, and Rockwell platforms. His background includes the design and deployment of APC systems such as model predictive control (MPC), fuzzy logic, and Kalman filter–based strategies – applied to grinding, flotation, regrind, and dewatering circuits.

Navid also brings hands-on experience in OT network design, virtualization, cybersecurity configurations, and control system integration with data historians and reporting tools.
